The use of the MSC Recreation & Wellness Program is available to students, faculty, staff, and retired faculty with a valid Blue Storm Card.  Drop in for a Free Tour!

In order to join, fill out a short Par-Q questionnaire and sign a waiver. A staff member will take you through a 5 minute orientation. This will give you access to the Fitness Center, Group Fitness classes, Incentive Programs, and many more exciting events.

The Par-Q and waiver are available at the Fitness Center front desk during operating hours. Walk-ins are always welcome. The completed forms must be turned in to the Recreation & Wellness staff and all participants must have an orientation to the Fitness Center prior to using the facilities.
