Office of Administrative Systems

The purpose of the Office of Administrative Systems is to provide timely service response to and resolution of technical problems associated with the Banner student information system. Our services include:

• Maintain the Banner student information system
• Maintain BannerWeb
• Support third-party interfaces to Banner
• Maintain servers used by Banner and interfaces to Banner
• Write and maintain programs associated with Banner
• Provide end-user support for Banner and BannerWeb
• Provide training in Banner use

The Office of Administrative Systems also provides reports in a timely manner to the University System of Georgia which includes, but is not limited to:

• FIRS (Facility Information Reporting System)
• RURS (Room Utilization Reporting System)
• FARS (Financial Aid Reporting System)
• High School Feedback Reports
• Graduate Salary Reports
