Macon State College's license agreements with Microsoft and Adobe permit facutly and staff to install and use certain products at home for work and research.

Microsoft Work at Home Program

Because Macon State College participates in the Microsoft Campus Agreement, faculty and staff are allowed to purchase Microsoft Office and Windows 7 (upgrade) for their home computers.

The procedure for acquiring the software is:

1. Contact Tina Ward at 471-2860 or come by the OTR office in the Science Annex.
2. Sign the use agreement
3. Receive a purchase certificate
4. Present the certificate at the MSC Book Store with an ID, pay the media fee (DVD) and receive your software.

MCA Home Use Software

Adobe Master Collection Home Use Program

Faculty and staff are authorized to download and use Adobe Master Collection products for work and research purposes on their home computer.

The procedure for acquiring this software is:

1. Download the trial version of Master Collection from Adobe's website to your home computer.
   • Be sure to choose the the correct download for your computer!!
   • Premier and After Effects will only install on 64 bit operating systems
2. Agree to the terms and download the serialization executable
• https://www.maconstate.edu/technology/adobe/eula.aspx
• Login with your network credentials -- winnt\username & password
3. Run the executable to turn the trial version into a licensed copy of Adobe Master Collection.
