When you complete your graduation application, and you indicate you plan to attend the graduation ceremony for your class, you must complete the Cap and Gown information section. The Graduation Coordinator will order your Cap and Gown in March and any accessories needed for you to participate in the ceremony. Typically, caps and gowns will be made available in late April for pick-up in the Bookstore. If you have any problems with your regalia, you must bring it to the attention of the graduation coordinator in the Registrar's Office as soon as possible.

When participating in the Graduation Convocation, students may wear only the regalia representing MSC distinctions and/or Recognized Student Organizations.
Diplomas are issued each term after candidates have been cleared for graduation by the Registrar's Office. Your diploma will reflect the "diploma name" you entered on your graduation application. Diplomas are mailed approximately 45 days after the end of the semester. Graduates should ensure that their address is correct by checking that information in their BannerWeb accounts. Please read the Diploma Printing Policy for more information concerning your diploma.
