- Go to the Macon State College BannerWeb Page and click on the Secured Access logon to the Student Information System where you will be entering your grades.
- Click on the Student Information System icon as shown, and you will enter the User ID and PIN # Login screen.
- At User ID, enter your Faculty ID Number (FAC######) and then your PIN # at the PIN prompt. If you have forgotten your PIN, contact the Registrars Office for assistance (471-2853). Then, click on the Login button. At the next screen, you will be prompted to reenter your PIN#. Do so, and click on the Login button again.
- You should see a Menu as shown -- select the Faculty Services Menu. Once in that Menu, you should click on the Final Grades button to take you to that menu.
- Select the appropriate term and click on the Submit button.
- Select the appropriate CRN and then click Submit CRN button. This will take you to your class roster where you will enter your grades.
- Enter Grades with the appropriate grade code (Use % grades for Learning Support - not Regents' remediation) and click on the Submit button when finished. Click here for more information concerning the use of correct grades.
