She chose Macon State College because … “It is convenient to where I live and cost-efficient. The education that I have received here at Macon State has been astounding. All of my professors have influenced my growth as a human being in various ways. The one-on-one attention that I have received is an invaluable resource for my development as a student.”
The one thing that surprised her about Macon State was … “The number of activities and events that are going on every week for students to participate in. By getting involved, I learned that Macon State has more to offer than just great academics.”
Her favorite professor is … “Profesora Yunsuk Chae because she makes learning Spanish interesting and fun. I am currently taking Spanish 2001 (Intermediate Spanish I) with Dr.Chae. Para mi, su clase es mi favorito!”
Her favorite place to study is … “At home in my bedroom.”
One thing people don’t know about her is … “I have a strange fascination with bugs of any kind.”
Her friends make fun of her because … “I think that James Madison is rather good looking on the new dollar coin. For a dead guy, that is.”
The one person she would most like to meet is … “Leonardo da Vinci because he was the quintessential Renaissance man. He was a visionary far ahead of his time, and I would love to speak with him about his views on art, society, politics, etc. Plus, I could find out the reason why the Mona Lisa is grinning and solve one of life's greatest mysteries!”
Five years from now she sees herself … “Pursuing my master's degree and working in a career that I find fulfilling and enriching...and never boring. And, hopefully, driving a 1983 Pontiac Trans Am Firebird because it is my dream car.”
