In accordance with federal law, the Macon State Department of Public Safety has made the Annual Campus Safety Report and the Campus Fire Safety Right-To-Know-Act Report available for review.
Both reports contain information regarding campus security and personal safety including topics such as crime prevention, fire safety, campus law enforcement authority, crime reporting policies, disciplinary procedures and other matters of importance related to security and safety at Macon State College. The reports also contain crime statistics for the three previous calendar years which address crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off-campus buildings, property owned or controlled by the college, and on public property within or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus.
