Children Invited to Summer Learning Festival

Rising second-graders through sixth-graders are invited to participate in the Summer Learning Festival sponsored by the Macon State College School of Education on Wednesday, July 18.
The festival, which will focus on topics of history, runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and includes interactive sessions that will have participants moving, thinking and laughing. Participants, who will be grouped by grade level, should bring bag lunches and beverages.
Registration for this daylong event is $10. The festival will take place in the Education Building on the Macon Campus. To get a registration form, send an email to marsha.hall@maconstate.edu.
