For Distance Learning students living outside the Central Georgia area. To obtain a copy of a journal article, do the following:

• Check GIL, MSC’s online catalog, to determine if we own the journal title (not the article title) you are seeking
• If you find the journal title listed in GIL, read the holdings statement near the bottom of the screen to determine if MSC library owns the volume and issue number you need
• If MSC owns the material, you need to use the form below to request materials to be sent to you.
• Articles will be emailed to your Macon State email address.
• To request materials not owned by Macon State, please use the Interlibrary loan form
• Please use this form to request only photocopies of journal articles. Individual patrons are limited to five (5) photocopy requests per day
• Items in red text and followed by a “*” are required
• Only one request per form, Please!
