Employees of Macon State College are encouraged to exercise their constitutional right to vote in all federal, state, and local elections. When an employee's normal working hours coincide with the voting hours, the employee is granted leave as stipulated by the immediate supervisor for the purpose of voting. The employee should make every effort to vote prior to or after normal working hours.
