Prospective students to Macon State College must take the COMPASS Placement Test unless specifically exempted by the Office of Admissions.

Applicants to Macon State College should request all official records, including transcripts from previously attended colleges and/or technical colleges, be sent to the Macon State College Office of Admissions as soon as possible so that your COMPASS Placement Test status can be determined.  If you are a returning student to Macon State College, your records should be sent to the Registrar’s Office.

Students may take the COMPASS Placement test at either the Macon campus or the Warner Robins campus.
