Aramark Catering at Macon State College delivers only the best by matching your every menu and service need. Our culinary staff is practiced in the arts of both classic and new cuisines. We will collaborate with you on every detail to make your event flawless. We set the table and the mood to ensure that your experience surpasses expectations.

FINE DINING SERVICE
For formal or informal gatherings, our catering staff will create an event brimming with exceptional food and service. Our staff will work with you to design a menu highlighting traditional favorites or the newest trends in fine dining.

SET UP SERVICE
Are you looking for light food for your next meeting or event? We cater breakfast, lunch and morning or afternoon breaks. From boxed meals to informal buffets, our Set-Up service will satisfy your guests and ease your hectic schedule.

SURCHARGE
Please note that a surcharge of 15% is added to the quoted menu price for all off campus groups.

Catering Arrangements

ROOM RESERVATIONS
If your event is to be on the Macon State College campus, facility reservations should be made with the Meetings/Conferences office of the Continuing Education Department. Special requests such as specific table and chair arrangements, use of audio/visual equipment, and other facility needs should be arranged through this office. You may contact the Continuing Education Office at (478) 471-2770 to discuss arrangements.

BILLING PROCEDURES - OFF-CAMPUS GROUPS
A surcharge of 15% is added to the quoted menu price for all off-campus groups. Sales tax will be added for non-campus groups unless the group has a state tax exemption certificate on file. The Meetings/Conferences Office invoices off-campus groups on a weekly basis. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Invoices are sent on a weekly basis following the event.

BILLING PROCEDURES - ON-CAMPUS GROUPS
Catering charges for on-campus groups are automatically paid from the group's departmental budget after the group's contact person has approved the charges. Pricing for all events requiring an attendant(s) includes two (2) hours labor. Events lasting longer than two hours will be charged for the additional labor. Events scheduled on legal holidays, after 6:30 p.m., or weekends before 8:00 a.m. will be billed with an additional 15% surcharge.

PLANNING
Events should be booked at least ten working days in advance. Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance. Aramark must receive guaranteed guest counts no later than two working days prior to the event. You will be charged your guaranteed number if fewer guests attend. If more guests than the guaranteed number attend, you will be billed for the higher number. A confirmation will be sent to the group at least three days in advance of the event. For groups of 30 or more, Aramark will provide 5% additional foods above the guaranteed guest count to provide for unexpected guests; however, all leftover food and condiments are the property of Aramark and may not be removed by anyone except catering staff. The cost of replacing any missing of damaged equipment will be added to the cost of food. Alcoholic beverages must be purchased and delivered to the catering site by the client. Aramark can provide ice, cups, and set-ups for $3.00 per person. Arrangements for a bartender are the responsibility of the client. There is a minimum $25.00 charge for all catering events.
