The Macon State College Business Office is located on the first floor of the Administration Building. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The phone number is (478) 471-2705, and the fax number is (478) 471-2097.

Visit or call the Business Office for information regarding payroll, third party contracts, scholarships, procurement, accounts payable and student account balances. Tuition and other payments are also accepted.

As a convenience to students, the Business Office also operates the Payment Center in the Student Life Center to accept tuition and other payments. Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday whenever classes are in session. The Payment Center is open extended hours during registration. The telephone number is (478) 757-2633.
