About Us

The Macon State College Business Office is located in the Administration Building (first floor, room 138). This includes the Accounting, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Payroll offices. The Bursar’s Office (Student Accounts and Cashiering) is located in the Student Life Center with main offices on the second floor, room 230, and payment center on the first floor, room 171. Cashiers are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m. on Fridays during Fall and Spring terms. Summer term hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday (closed on Friday). Extended hours may be available during peak registration periods.

Cashiers at our campus payment locations accept cash, check, or money order. Also available on campus are conveniently located computer kiosks for use in making online payment. Campus payment locations are in the Student Life Center (Macon), Academic Services building (WRC), or Robins Resident Center (RAFB). Click here for additional payment information.

A Higher One ATM machine is located on the first floor of the Student Life Center by the elevator.
