WRC Financial Aid

The Warner Robins Campus carries a full complement of Financial Aid forms. Basic questions about Financial Aid can be answered by our Enrollment Services Specialist at (478) 929-6716.

Current students may access the Financial Aid Call Center at (478) 471-2800.

Financial Aid counselors are on the campus the first and third Thursday of each month to assist students with their more detailed financial aid questions. For more information on Financial Aid please visit our Financial Aid Homepage.

 

Robins Air Force Base Access

Procedures for Student Base Pass as of July 2012:
Students taking a Macon State College class on Robins Air Force Base (RRC) will be required to apply for a base issued ID (DBIDS) to gain access to the on base classroom. (If the student already has access to the base on a base issued ID, no additional pass/ID is required)

To obtain base access as a student, a student must:

1. Be a US citizen
2. Be registered and paid for an RRC class
3. Agree to a criminal background check by RAFB Security Forces by completing the Robins Air Force Base Access Affidavit

Documents needed to apply for base access and complete the Affidavit:

1. Valid driver’s license or state issued ID
2. Social Security Card
3. Affidavit form - obtained and signed off on by the WRC administrative office
4. Vehicle registration
5. Proof of Insurance (vehicle)

Once the student has obtained the authorized affidavit form from the WRC office, the student will proceed to the RAFB Visitor’s Center with ALL of the above mentioned documents. The personnel in the Visitor’s Center will sign off on the affidavit as witness and the Criminal Background check will be run at that time. Once cleared, the base ID will be issued for the semester.

Students should complete this process in advance of the first day of class. Wait times at the Visitor’s Center can vary, but at a minimum students need to allow 35-45 minutes to obtain the ID card.
Base ID cards must be surrendered at the end of the term or upon withdrawal from the base class.

Visiting Warner Robins Campus

We are always pleased to welcome visitors to the Warner Robins Campus. Campus visits may be arranged by calling our Enrollment Services Specialist at (478) 929-6716. Prospective students also may drop by and take a walk around our campus and visit the Enrollment Services Office.
